Our onsite jeweller is the owner! He’s highly experienced and knowledgeable. We offer after sale support and express services, even while you wait!

- Design custom made jewellery, watches, and fine gifts. We use a combination of pictures both hand drawn and with Computer Aided Design. Available by appointment.
- Manufacture custom jewellery, watches, and fine gifts. We use a combination of pre-made, hand made, and Computer Aided Manufacturing. Available by appointment
- Trade in and upgrade your old unwanted items precious metals and gems!
- Buy, Consign, and Loan. We can help you see some return value for unwanted precious metals and gemstones. We can buy as scrap, or for quality used goods we also try to sell them on your behalf. We can also provide small, short term loans.
- Buy and sell investment, precious metal bullion
- We sell a carefully selected range of quality pre-loved, vintage, estate, and second hand jewellery, as well as new (including some hand made) jewellery, watches, and fine gifts.
- Consultations available by appointment.

- Information on quality, value, and function.
- All kinds of repairs; resizes, retips, replacing gems, supplying new components like clips, rebuilding worn or broken elements, et cetera, on jewellery and silverware or other small items, see here
- Watch and clock servicing, watch bands and batteries fitted, and pressure testing.
- Jewellers on site and available by appointment.
- Express service available by appointment. Time ranges from while you wait up to a few days express, otherwise our standard repair cycle can usually take anywhere up to 3-4 weeks.
- Rhodium and gold plating.
- Engraving of almost anything! Words, logos, pictures, custom designs, et cetera, on jewellery, giftware, plaques, trophies, presentation items, and more! Completed in-store.
- Loose diamonds and coloured gemstones can be supplied and set. We have access to many sources to find the right gemstone for your piece.
